Allan Bariyo is a lawyer and advocate in Uganda, the managing partner at M/S Allan & Partners Advocates,

a lawfirm based in Kampala-Uganda. He specializes in cyber law, but he is also a general practitioner in areas of commercial law, land , criminal, public interest litigation etc. Allan is also an It specialist, running Lex Foresnics & ICT labs ltd.

Allan Bariyo did his UCE and UACE at Buddo Secondary School, Wakiso where he emerged among he country’s top perfomers with quadruple As(AAAA),25 Points, before enrolling for Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Information Technology which degrees he did concurrently. he then proceeded to Law Developement Centre for a DIploma in Legal Practice, before enrolling for Masters.
